A l'écoute des discours des commandants, je sens combien la situation est injuste. Le destin a frappé aveuglément;on redoute des suicides en masse chez les commandants.<br /> <br /> Depuis quelques semaines maintenant, vous avez pu constater mon engagement pour ce que je crois etre une cause juste.<br /> J'avais espéré pouvoir mettre en place un système égalitaire, mais malheureusement, cela risque de prendre plus de temps que prévu.<br /> J'avais déjà suspendu depuis un certain temps toute activité spéculatrice, et j'ai décidé de redistribuer aujourd'hui la plus grande partie de ma fortune, comme je le promettais depuis le début. Sachez que je ne renonce pas pour autant à mes combats.<br /> <br /> La redistribution sera universelle, toutes les divisions seront oubliées. Je n'attends aucun retour des commandants, qui pourront toujours me faire la guerre, etc.<br /> <br /> Alors pourquoi? je ne pense pas qu'on puisse m'accuser d'acheter encore une fois les masses. Il s'agit tout d'abord d'essayer de limiter les dégats liés aux incidents récents, éviter les départs de commandants, et relancer les passions pour la galaxie, en rerépartissant mon pouvoir au sein de ce monde terrible. Bref faire ce que je peux pour que toutes les évolutions actuelles de la galaxie ne soient réduites à néant.<br /> <br /> Concrètement, je redistribuerais 700 milliards. le premier versement sera de 2 milliards par commandant. envoyez moi une demande d'échange, que j'accepterai sans délai. vous n'avez besoin que d'un vaisseau de transport. Ceux qui n'ont pas de transport disponible, je m'en occuperai pour peu qu'ils m'envoient un MP, mais cela prendra plus de temps. je verrai ensuite combien il me reste et ferai un deuxième versement sur le même modèle. Evidemment, ne m'envoyez pas deux propositions, vous risqueriez de ne rien recevoir du tout.
